Toe touches

Toe touches are a straightforward abdominal exercise that targets the rectus abdominis muscles (six-pack muscles) and helps improve overall core strength and flexibility. To perform toe touches, lie flat on your back with your legs extended straight up toward the ceiling. Keep your arms extended alongside your body or reaching toward your toes. Lift your head, neck, and shoulders off the ground while reaching your hands toward your toes. Try to touch your toes or reach as far as possible while maintaining control and without straining your neck. Lower yourself back down with control and repeat for the desired number of repetitions. Toe touches are effective for enhancing abdominal muscle endurance and can be modified by adjusting the speed and range of motion according to your fitness level and goals.
