Seated Rear delt Raise

The Seated Rear Delt Raise is an effective exercise for targeting the rear deltoid muscles of the shoulders, as well as the upper back. To perform this exercise, sit on the edge of a bench with your feet flat on the floor, holding a dumbbell in each hand. Lean forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and your chest almost touching your knees. With a slight bend in your elbows, lift the dumbbells out to the sides until your arms are parallel to the floor. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position. The Seated Rear Delt Raise helps improve shoulder strength, enhance posture, and develop upper back muscle definition. Adjusting the weight of the dumbbells allows you to vary the intensity of the exercise to suit your fitness level.
