Hip Roll Plank

The Hip Roll Plank is a dynamic core exercise that engages the abdominals, obliques, and stabilizer muscles. To perform the Hip Roll Plank, start in a forearm plank position with your elbows directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from head to heels. Engage your core and maintain stability throughout the exercise. From the plank position, rotate your hips to one side, lowering them towards the floor while keeping your torso and upper body stable. Return to the starting plank position and then rotate your hips to the opposite side, again maintaining control and stability. Alternate sides in a controlled manner, focusing on the contraction of the obliques and maintaining proper form throughout. The Hip Roll Plank helps improve core strength, stability, and rotational control, making it a beneficial exercise for overall core development and functional fitness. Adjust the intensity by modifying the speed and range of motion while ensuring smooth and controlled movements for optimal results.
