Jack Plank Exercise

The Jack Plank Exercise is a dynamic variation of the traditional plank that adds a cardiovascular element to core strengthening. To perform the Jack Plank, begin in a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body forming a straight line from head to heels. Engage your core muscles and keep your hips stable throughout the exercise. From the plank position, jump both feet out wide to the sides, similar to a jumping jack motion, then jump them back together to return to the starting plank position. Maintain a controlled pace and focus on maintaining proper form throughout the exercise. The Jack Plank Exercise effectively targets the core muscles, shoulders, and legs while also improving cardiovascular endurance and coordination. Adjust the speed and intensity to suit your fitness level and incorporate it into your workout routine for a full-body challenge.
