V Sit Up

The V Sit-Up is a challenging core exercise that targets the abdominal muscles, particularly the rectus abdominis (six-pack muscles) and the hip flexors. To perform a V Sit-Up, lie flat on your back with your legs extended and your arms extended overhead. Simultaneously lift your legs and torso off the ground while reaching your hands toward your toes.
