EZ Bar French Press

The EZ Bar French Press, also known as the EZ Bar Skull Crusher, is a potent exercise for targeting the triceps. Start by lying on a bench with your feet flat on the floor. Grasp an EZ bar with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart. Extend your arms straight up, holding the bar above your chest. Lower the bar by bending your elbows, allowing it to come down towards your forehead or just behind your head. Keep your upper arms stationary throughout the movement.
