Face Pulls Rear Delts

Face Pulls are a highly effective exercise for targeting the rear deltoid muscles, upper back, and traps. To perform Face Pulls, start by attaching a rope handle to a high pulley on a cable machine. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and grasp the handles with an overhand grip. Step back slightly to create tension in the cable. Pull the handles towards your face, keeping your elbows high and wide, and squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak of the movement. Lower the handles back to the starting position in a controlled manner to complete one repetition.
