Landmine Press

The Landmine Press is a versatile upper body exercise that primarily targets the shoulders, chest, and triceps while also engaging the core for stability. To perform this exercise, position one end of a barbell into a landmine attachment or securely in a corner. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the other end of the barbell with one hand, keeping your elbow close to your body and the barbell at shoulder height. Engage your core and press the barbell upward and slightly forward until your arm is fully extended. Slowly lower the barbell back to shoulder height with control. The Landmine Press helps build shoulder and chest strength, improve upper body stability, and enhance core engagement. Adjusting the weight on the barbell allows you to vary the intensity of the exercise to match your fitness level.
