Standing Barbell Militery Press

The Standing Barbell Military Press is a compound exercise that primarily targets the shoulders, specifically the deltoids, while also engaging the triceps and upper chest. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a barbell at shoulder height with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Engage your core and keep your back straight as you press the barbell overhead until your arms are fully extended. Lower the barbell back to shoulder height with control.
