DB Sumo Squat

The DB Sumo Squat is a lower body exercise focusing on the inner thighs, glutes, and quadriceps. It involves standing with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointed out slightly, and holding a dumbbell with both hands in front of you. Lower your body by bending your knees and pushing your hips back, keeping your chest up. Return to the starting position by pushing through your heels and squeezing your glutes at the top.
