Hip Abductor

The Hip Abductor exercise targets the muscles of the outer thighs and hips, specifically the gluteus medius and minimus. It is typically performed using a seated hip abduction machine or a resistance band. In the machine, you sit with your legs positioned against the padded levers on either side and push them outward against resistance, engaging the outer hip muscles. With resistance bands, you can perform standing or lying variations where you pull the legs outward against the band tension. Hip Abductor exercises help strengthen the hip abductors, improve hip stability, and support overall lower body strength and balance.
